Sandra Zettlemoyer

Sandra Zettlemoyer calls Fogelsville PA home where she resides with her husband, three kiddos, and her dog, Winny (short for Winchester).

She’s been shooting since 2013 when she got hooked shooting sporting clays during an NRA women on target event that her husband encouraged her to participate in ...And the rest is pretty much history!

Soon after that she joined the national women’s shooting league, A Girl & A Gun Lehigh Valley Chapter.

Shortly after joining the chapter she attended her first ever competitive shotgun match hosted by Benelli at the RockCastle Shooting Center in Kentucky thanks to A Girl & A Gun.

Since then the competitive bug bit and she’s been competing in IDPA, 3-Gun, Falling Steel, Some Steel Challenge, USPSA, and Outlaw Pistol matches.

She’s a Certified NRA Pistol Instructor, Certified NRA Range Safety Officer, Certified NRA Home Pistol Defense trainer, as well as a Certified Glock Armorer and Certified Level II Glock Operator, where proudly she took home the honors of top shot in her class during Glocks first ever all ladies class provided exclusively to A Girl & A Gun.

In 2017 she stepped into the leadership roll as the facilitator of the Lehigh Valley PA Chapter for A Girl & A Gun.

Sandra is passionate about helping other women overcome their fear of firearms through education, training, and safe operation.

Linda D'Alessandro

Linda D'Alessandro lives in Breinigsville, PA. where she lives with her husband and her two German Shorthaired Pointers, Harley Quinn & Riley.

She started her shooting journey by registering with A Girl & A Gun and shot her first clay event at LV Sporting Clays in May 2018.

A new found interest was discovered and after participating in various events she started learning in depth about firearms and everything the shooting world had to offer her.

After learning and practicing the fundamentals, she booked her first class, to get into IDPA Competitive Shooting.

After competing in various local matches, she was determined to grow and started signing up for 3 Gun, Outlaw, Falling Steel and Clay Shooting competitions.

Looking for ways to enhance these skills, she decided to become a Certified NRA Pistol Instructor and Certified NRA Range Safety Officer.

In September 2020, she accepted the offer to become part of the A-Team for the A Girl & A Gun, Lehigh Valley Chapter.

Linda is dedicated to helping other women with training and guidance on safe and effective firearm ownership along with conquering the fears of competitive shooting.
